Essentially a music box disc rolled up into a conic cylinder. This is a "C" cuff, the largest of three sizes. The Otto company stopped making these following a patent suit brought by the Regina Music Box Co., whose discs used the same "punched spur" technique to create pins.

F. C. Otto & Sons were located in an area of New Jersey that was home to a number of music box makers, including Regina and Aeolian. Before they made music boxes, Otto & Sons manufactured medical instruments.
