Fidelipac brochure (PDF). The brochure is dated 1958 (see the second page), although the official release of Fidelipac wasn't until 1959. I haven't found the company name, Sound Electronic Laboratories, anywhere on the web, but the location, Toledo, Ohio, is the same as that of Cousino, Inc., where George Eash shared space with Cousino, Inc.
