The envelope is addressed "c/o General Adjustment Bureau." In spite of its somewhat sinister name, this is simply a company that supplies services to the U.S. insurance industry. It is not a hidden agency that directs our lives according to a secret plan, as in the 2011 movie. Definitely not.
